1. The writer has all copyrights on work entered on our website. Cazart however retains the right to publish it whenever we feel necessary.

2. You must only submit un-published work. Any winning stories we find out have already been published elsewhere will be deleted from our website.

3. You must only submit work that you own the copyrights to.

4. Word counts are based on approximations and stories WILL still be accepted if they are slightly above or below the limits.

5. Anyone seen using malicious or highly offensive text on story comments will be deleted and blocked from our database.

6. Cazart has no liability regarding problems or queries with book sales. Any disputes would be between the writer and the buyer.

1. Cazart will NOT distribute anyone's personal details to any third party.

2. All passwords on our database are encrypted with SHA1 password encryption.
