Short Story Competitions

Cazart is now accepting entries for February's Short Story & Flash Fiction competitions - Closing date 26th February. It costs £3 to enter and the winning story for each category will be published on our homepage for two months. The winners also receive a cash prize which is based on a percentage of the total number of entries. The estimated prize for each category next month is £15.

After two months the story will be archived on our website, with a permanent link for you to access whenever you want. Anyone can enter a story, but registered users will be able to leave comments on all the stories posted. The comments will be shown at the bottom of the page underneath the story.

We will also be publishing runners up every month, there is no prize money for this but there will be a permanent link on our runners up page. You can leave comments on these too.

We have just recently published two books with our winners and runners up stories for the year of 2009 (not including December). Details can be found on blurb.com's website. The exact links are shown below for both books.
